The rapid expansion in the number of Waldorf schools in North America has
created a great need for teachers. Because many people are unable to
attend an established Waldorf Teacher Training College, a four-year,
part-time course of study began at Summerfield Waldorf School in Santa
Rosa, California in 1990. The first class of teachers graduated in
1994.
A Resource Center For Remedial, Therapeutic, and Transdisciplinary
Education. Gradalis emphasizes the need to collaboratively research and
develop new approaches to enhance the delivery of services in remedial
and therapeutic education for Waldorf schools.
