Ingredients/Zutaten
- 1 lb Sirloin steak
- ¼ cup Soy sauce
- 2 tbspSesame oil
- 2 Garlic cloves, minced
- 2 Bell peppers, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 Onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 Zucchini, cut into ½-inch slices
- 8 Skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions/Zubereitung
- Cut steak into 1-inch cubes and place in a bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk soy sauce, sesame oil, and minced garlic.
- Pour marinade over steak cubes, and let marinate 15 minutes at room temperature.
- While beef marinates, thread bell peppers, onion, and zucchini onto soaked skewers, alternating evenly.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat, about 400°F.
- Thread marinated steak cubes onto separate skewers, leaving some space between each piece for even cooking.
- Place vegetable skewers on grill and cook about 4 minutes, until they start to char slightly, turning once halfway through.
- Add steak skewers to grill and cook about 3 minutes per side, basting with remaining marinade during the first minute.
- Remove all skewers from grill and let rest about 2 minutes before serving.
