Ingredients/Zutaten
- 12 high-quality roma (plum) tomatoes, diced
- 1 red onion, minced
- 1 white onion, minced
- 2 bunches fresh cilantro, minced
- 6 – 8 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 – 2 limes, juiced
- Salt, fresh ground black pepper and cumin, to taste
For additional attitude (recommended)
- 1 – 2 Pasilia (Pablana) peppers, minced
- 1 JalapeƱo pepper, seeded and minced (Include seeds for extra heat.)
Instructions/Zubereitung
- Chop and mix everything.
- Adjust to taste with salf, black pepper, lime juice, cumin, garlic, etc.
- Chill awhile.
