Veggie Wraps With Hummus
Ingredients/Zutaten
| Per Wrap |
| 1 whole wheat flour wrap |
| 4 tbsp Hummus |
| 1/4 cup mixed salad greens, torn |
| 2 tbsp sweet onion, finely chopped |
| 2 tbsp Persian cucumber, thinly sliced |
| 1/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped |
| 2 tbsp alfalfa sprouts |
| 2 tbsp shredded carrots |
| 1 tbsp balsamic vinaigrette |
| Additional options |
| Pico de Gallo, Pickles, Mustard, Hot sauce, BBQ sauce, Spring onions, Shredded green or red cabbage, Bean sprouts, Snap peas, Shredded cheese, Sliced boiled eggs, Refried beans, Fried bacon, Sliced salami or ham |
Instructions/Zubereitung
- Spread the wrap flat on a large surface.
- Spread a thin layer of hummus over the wrap.
- Add layers of salad greens, onion, cucumbers, sprouts, carrots…
- Drizzle with vinaigrette.
- Fold sides in while rolling tightly.
- Cut in half to serve.
