Ingredients/Zutaten

12 high-quality roma (plum) tomatoes, diced
1 red onion, minced
1 white onion, minced
2 bunches fresh cilantro, minced
6 – 8 garlic cloves, minced
1 – 2 limes, juiced
Salt, fresh ground black pepper and cumin, to taste
For additional attitude (recommended)
1 – 2 Pasilia (Pablana) peppers, minced
1 JalapeƱo pepper, seeded and minced (Include seeds for extra heat.)

Instructions/Zubereitung

  1. Chop and mix everything.
  2. Adjust to taste with salf, black pepper, lime juice, cumin, garlic, etc.
  3. Chill awhile.
